Please avoid hoarding items you don’t intend to purchase and refrain from blocking driveways or mailboxes.

Safety First:

To ensure a smooth experience, bring adequate help for furniture handling and note that personal pets are not permitted—only ADA service animals are allowed. By attending, you agree Vintage Estate Sales and the estate bear no responsibility for injuries, theft, or damages. Parents are accountable for their children’s behavior. Please supervise them to prevent any accidental damage—parental responsibility applies to any damages caused. For everyone’s safety, we may limit the number of people at the sale.

Payment and Tags:

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards; no checks, please. All sales are final, ‘AS IS, with NO REFUNDS.’ Sticker prices signify item value. Removing or swapping tags results in a permanent ban and possible prosecution. Oversized items require a ‘sold’ sticker—ask our Vintage Estate Sale team for assistance. Unpriced items have nearby signage for reference.
